We’re sorry to hear you're not completely satisfied, but we’re here to help. Most items in new condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
🛍️ How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us First
Please email service@ingshows.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours. -
Wait for Return Instructions
Do not return items without contacting us first. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
Note: The address on the package is not our return address. -
Pack and Ship the Item
Once you receive return instructions, please repack the item(s) in original condition and packaging. -
Refund Processing
Returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive the package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card), and you’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

If the return or exchange is due to customer reasons (e.g., unwanted item, wrong size/color ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The actual cost depends on the courier you choose.

If the return is due to our fault (e.g., incorrect item, damaged item, or quality issue), we will cover the return shipping fee. Please contact us with a photo showing the problem to receive a prepaid return label (if applicable).

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.

Items marked Final Sale, free gifts, and certain items (see below) are non-returnable.

Refunds for valid returns may be issued as store credit in the form of a discount code.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We do not offer Freight to Collect (FTC)—you are responsible for return shipping unless it is our error.

Please double-check your return before shipping. We are not responsible for non-ingshows items sent back by mistake.

Original shipping fees and the optional Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
🔄 Order Cancellation Policy

Within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund available.

After 24 hours but before shipping: 15% cancellation fee applies.

After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.
